Battle of the Books is back for Mendoza’s 5th and 6th graders! Students can join this fun reading competition where teams read four books for each of three Battles and compete by answering questions about the stories. It’s a great way to build teamwork, strengthen comprehension, and celebrate a love of reading. Interested students can pick up permission slips from Mrs. Yanez in the library to get started (Deadline to sign up is Friday, Oct. 2nd.)
Attention 5th and 6th Graders!
